The Oracle Fusion Finance Consultant will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting Oracle Fusion Financials modules. This role requires strong functional expertise to gather business requirements, design financial solutions, coordinate testing cycles, and support production environments.

Key Responsibilities :


- Collaborate with Finance stakeholders to gather requirements and perform fit-gap analysis for Financial modules.


- Configure and support one or more Oracle Fusion Financial modules such as :


- General Ledger (GL)


- Accounts Payable (AP)


- Accounts Receivable (AR)


- Fixed Assets (FA)


- Cash Management


- Expense Management


- Tax (Indirect/Direct Tax Configuration)


- Intercompany & Subledger Accounting (SLA)


- Drive functional design, configuration, testing, cutover, and post-go-live support activities.


- Prepare and maintain documentation : BR100, MD50, Test Scripts, Training Materials, Configuration Workbooks, and User Guides.


- Support inbound/outbound interface requirements (REST/SOAP APIs, FBDI, BI Publisher, OTBI).


- Perform data migration activities including data mapping, validation, and reconciliation.


- Ensure timely resolution of issues and track progress via ticketing tools with SLA compliance.


- Assist in Financial Reporting setups using OTBI, FRS, and Smart View.


- Work closely with cross-functional technical and SCM/HCM teams for integrated business processes.


- Provide user training and facilitate change management activities throughout the project lifecycle.


- Support quarterly updates with impact analysis and regression testing.


- 310 years of experience in Oracle Fusion Financials implementation or support.


- Strong hands-on experience with at least two major modules (GL, AP, AR, FA, CM, Expenses).


- Good understanding of financial business processes :


- Procure-to-Pay (P2P)


- Order-to-Cash (O2C)


- Record-to-Report (R2R)


Experience with :


- FBDI templates, BI Publisher & OTBI


- Security & Role-Based Access


- SLA configuration & Accounting Rules


- Excellent analytical, documentation, and problem-solving skills.


- Strong stakeholder communication and customer-facing experience.
