Oracle Fusion Financials Functional Consultant

Job Summary :
We're hiring experienced Oracle Fusion Financials Functional Consultants to join a critical client engagement in Cochin. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion ERP Financials, including at least one full-cycle end-to-end implementation. You'll be responsible for implementing and supporting core Financials Cloud modules, handling all phases from functional configurations to post-Go-Live support, and collaborating closely with various stakeholders to ensure seamless project delivery.
Responsibilities :
- Implement and support Oracle Fusion Financials Cloud modules, including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Cash Management (CM), and Fixed Assets (FA).
- Handle all phases of the implementation lifecycle : functional configurations, comprehensive testing (SIT, UAT), Conference Room Pilots (CRP), Go-Live activities, and critical post-Go-Live support.
- Collaborate closely with business users, Project Managers (PMs), Business Analysts (BAs), and offshore teams to gather requirements and ensure solution alignment.
- Utilize data loading and integration tools such as FBDI (File-Based Data Import), Spreadsheet Loader, and Web Services.
- Prepare essential project documentation including detailed test scripts, user manuals, Business Requirement Documents (BRD), and Solution Design Documents (MD50).
- Ensure strict adherence to compliance, quality, and business standards throughout the project lifecycle.
Must-Have Skills :
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion ERP Financials.
- Expertise in implementing and supporting core Financials modules : GL, AP, AR, CM, FA.
- At least 1 full-cycle end-to-end Oracle Fusion Financials implementation.
- Strong hands-on experience with data loading and integration using FBDI, Spreadsheet Loader, and Web Services.
- Proven experience across all implementation phases : CRP, SIT, UAT, Go-Live, and post-Go-Live support.
- Strong documentation skills, including BRD, MD50, test scripts, and user training materials.
Good-to-Have Skills :
- Oracle Fusion Certification in Financials.
- Experience with Oracle Fusion reporting tools like OTBI (Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence) / BI Publisher.
- Knowledge of integration with other Oracle Fusion modules like HCM (Human Capital Management) or Procurement.
- Exposure to EBS to Fusion migration projects.
- Experience with automation tools (e.g., RPA) in a testing or data loading context.
