Employment Type : Full-time

Key Responsibilities :



- Implement, configure, and support Oracle Fusion Financial modules including GL, AP, AR, FA, and CM.

- Gather business requirements and translate them into functional system configurations.

- Perform system testing, troubleshooting, and end-user training.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless integration across modules.

- Provide post-implementation support and enhancements.

- Design and configure approval workflows, reporting structures, and financial processes.

- Utilize reporting tools such as OTBI, BI Publisher, and Financial Reporting Studio to generate management and operational reports.

- Ensure compliance with internal controls, policies, and regulatory requirements.

- Participate in process improvement initiatives and recommend system enhancements.

Mandatory Skills :



- Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Finance modules (GL, AP, AR, FA, CM).

- Expertise in functional setups, approvals, and configuration of finance processes.

- Experience with OTBI, BI Publisher, and Financial Reporting Studio.

- Ability to perform testing, troubleshooting, and user training.

- Strong understanding of financial processes and accounting principles.

Desired Skills :



- Certification in Oracle Fusion Finance.

- Exposure to integration with other Oracle Fusion modules (HCM, SCM, Procurement).

- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

- Experience in large-scale implementations and global projects.
