Location : Remote (Aligning with Israel Time Zone)

Role Overview :

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Consultant with expertise in Order Management (OM) and Backlog Management (BLM). The consultant will support sales and fulfillment processes across global operations, ensuring timely resolution of issues and smooth operational continuity.

Key Responsibilities :

- Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Sales, Support, IT) to address backlog, RMA, and order promising issues

- Manage quarter-end workload surges and ensure prioritization of critical deliverables

- Identify gaps in existing processes and propose system enhancements or automation opportunities

- Work with cross-functional SMEs and project managers for escalations, resource planning, and handoffs

- Align daily work schedules with Israel-based business operations

Requirements :

- Strong understanding of sales order lifecycle, fulfillment processes, and backlog prioritization techniques

- Proven experience in working with distributed teams across global time zones

- Excellent communication skills for stakeholder engagement and remote collaboration

- Ability to work independently and adapt to quarter-end business pressures

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience with Oracle RMA workflows and sales support automation

- Exposure to FinTech or HealthTech environments is a plus

- Prior experience supporting global rollout or localization scenario
