About the Role :


We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Consultant with 5 - 7 years of hands-on experience in implementing, configuring, and supporting Oracle Fusion Applications. The ideal candidate should have deep functional and technical knowledge of Oracle Fusion modules, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities :


- Lead the end-to-end implementation of Oracle Fusion Applications, including requirements gathering, design, configuration, testing, and deployment.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand processes and translate them into system solutions.

- Provide functional expertise in modules such as HCM, Financials (FSCM), Procurement, SCM,

or CRM, depending on business needs.

- Perform system configuration, setup, and customization as per business requirements.

- Conduct workshops, training sessions, and provide post-implementation support.

- Develop functional and technical documentation, including process flows, configuration guides, and test cases.

- Troubleshoot and resolve issues in the Oracle Fusion environment.

- Work with technical teams to support integrations, extensions, and reports development.

- Stay updated with the latest Oracle Fusion updates and releases to recommend process

improvements.

Required Skills & Qualifications :


- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, or related field.

- 5 - 7 years of experience in Oracle Fusion implementation or support.

- Strong knowledge of Oracle Fusion modules : HCM, Financials, SCM, Procurement, or CRM.


- Hands-on experience in setup, configuration, workflows, reporting, and integrations.

- Experience with Oracle OTBI, BI Publisher, FBDI, ADF, or HCM Extracts is a plus.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

- Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.

Preferred Skills :

- Oracle Fusion certifications in respective modules.

- Experience in Full-cycle implementations and multi-module integrations.

- Exposure to RICE (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions) objects development.

- Knowledge of Oracle Cloud ERP/ HCM updates and best practices.
