Job Title : Oracle Fusion Cloud Consultant

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented strong expertise in Oracle Fusion Cloud Consultant to lead large-scale ERP transformation and implementation programs. This role demands hands-on delivery experience, excellent stakeholder management, and strong leadership across cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities :

- Act as Lead for Oracle ERP programs, owning end-to-end planning, execution, tracking, and delivery.

- Lead full-cycle implementations for Oracle EBS and Oracle Fusion Cloud applications (Financials, SCM, or HCM).

- Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, resource planning, and risk mitigation strategies.

- Drive solution design, fit-gap analysis, and alignment with client business goals.

- Oversee RICEFW development, data migration, and integration strategies.

- Facilitate status updates, stakeholder communications, and governance reviews.

- Coordinate global delivery teams and ensure adherence to delivery standards.

- Contribute to pre-sales efforts proposals, solutioning, client presentations, and RFPs.

- Ensure quality assurance, change management, and user adoption planning.

- Promote reusable assets, best practices, and knowledge sharing across teams.

Requirements :

- 6+ years of Oracle Fusion Cloud experience, with

- Proven track record delivering 23 EBS and 12 Fusion Cloud end-to-end implementations.

- Deep expertise in Financials, SCM, or HCM modules.

- Strong knowledge of tools like OIC, OTBI, BIP, APEX.

- Certifications preferred : PMP, Oracle Cloud, Agile/Scrum.

- Excellent client-facing, stakeholder engagement, and team leadership skills.

- Experience with global delivery models and multi-location teams is a plus.
