Job Description :

- Minimum 5+ years of implementation experience in Oracle Fusion HCM Absence Management module as a functional consultant

- Proficient in setting up absence plans and configuring absence fast formulas for automated time off accrual in Oracle Fusion HCM

- Thorough understanding and hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud HCM Core HR and Absence modules covering Calendar events, Work Schedules etc.

- Strong hands-on experience on configuring Absence elements, Workflows, Security and personalization

- Hands-on experience in Absence plan enrollments and Balance Loads

- Experience in integrating Absence with Benefits, Time and Labor, Payroll, etc.

- Proficient in approval workflow management.

Relevant Experience : 5+ yrs

Qualification : Any bachelors degree

Skills : Absence Management modules, proficiency in Fast Formula development, excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, and effective communication
