Role Responsibilities :

- Lead and support Oracle HCM Cloud Compensation implementations.

- Conduct requirement workshops & map business processes.

- Identify as-is vs. to-be processes and design optimized solutions.

- Build/review functional design documents, enhancements, reports & integrations.

- Configure scenarios and deliver real business impact.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on full lifecycle projects.

What Were Looking For :

- 8 - 12 years of Oracle HCM Cloud Functional experience.

- Deep expertise in Compensation (Functional SME level).

- Strong understanding of business processes & compensation summary.

- Proven experience in full-cycle implementation projects.

- Ability to manage both small and large teams effectively.
