Responsibilities :
- Collaborate with technical teams to implement integrations with payroll, Oracle HCM core HR, and third-party systems
- Support testing activities including unit testing, system integration testing (SIT), and user acceptance testing (UAT)
- Troubleshoot and resolve functional and configuration issues in Benefits setup
- Provide post-implementation support and continuous improvement recommendations
- Ensure solutions comply with statutory and regulatory requirements across locations
- Document business processes, functional specifications, and training materials for end-users
Qualifications :
- Experience with Web Services, SOAP/REST integrations, and data migration tools (HCM Data Loader or similar)
- Understanding of security roles, data access sets, and approvals in Oracle HCM
- Basic understanding of SQL, PL/SQL, and Oracle reporting tools for troubleshooting and reporting
- Experience in statutory compliance such as insurance, retirement plans, and regional benefits laws
