About the Role :


We are seeking an experienced Oracle SCM Fusion Functional Consultant to support and optimize supply chain operations using Oracle Fusion SCM modules. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience configuring and implementing SCM processes, including inventory management, procurement, order management, and supply planning. This role involves collaborating with business users, functional teams, and technical resources to ensure seamless integration and efficiency across the enterprise supply chain.

Key Responsibilities :

Oracle SCM Functional Expertise :

Configure and support Oracle SCM Fusion modules, including :

- Inventory Management : Inventory controls, cycle counting, material status, and adjustments.

- Order Management : Order orchestration, pricing, fulfillment, and order tracking.

- Procurement : Purchasing, supplier portal management, sourcing, and approvals.

- Product Management : Product data hub, item creation, and BOM management.

- Manufacturing : Work orders, production scheduling, and shop floor execution.

- Supply Planning : Demand planning, supply planning, and replenishment.

- Cost Management : Cost accounting, landed cost analysis, and reporting.

Business Analysis & Process Optimization :

- Gather and document business requirements and functional specifications.

- Analyze and optimize SCM processes for efficiency, compliance, and scalability.

- Act as a subject matter expert (SME) for Oracle SCM modules and advise business teams.

- Recommend best practices and process improvements aligned with Oracle SCM capabilities.

Implementation & Support :

- Participate in end-to-end SCM implementation projects, including configuration, testing, UAT, and deployment.

- Provide post-go-live support and troubleshoot functional issues.

- Work with technical teams for integration with ERP, reporting, and analytics systems.

Training & Documentation :

- Prepare training materials, process manuals, and configuration guides.

- Conduct end-user training sessions to ensure smooth adoption of SCM solutions.

- Maintain accurate documentation for functional specifications, process flows, and configurations.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 6+ years of experience in Oracle SCM Fusion functional modules.

- Hands-on experience in Inventory, Order Management, Procurement, Product Management, Manufacturing, Supply Planning, and Cost Management.

- Strong understanding of supply chain processes and best practices.

- Experience in requirements gathering, configuration, testing, and UAT for Oracle SCM Fusion.

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.

- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
