About the Role :

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Finance Functional Consultant with strong hands-on expertise in Oracle Fusion Financials. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in end-to-end implementation projects, deep understanding of accounting concepts, and the ability to configure, support, and optimize Oracle Fusion Finance modules to meet business requirements.

This role involves close collaboration with finance, business stakeholders, and technical teams to ensure successful implementation and smooth operation of Oracle Fusion Financial solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

Oracle Fusion Finance Configuration & Implementation :

Configure and implement Oracle Fusion Financials modules, including :

- General Ledger (GL)

- Accounts Payable (AP)

- Accounts Receivable (AR)

- Fixed Assets (FA)

- Cash Management (CM)

- Expense Management

- Lead and support end-to-end implementation projects, covering requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.

- Customize finance solutions to align with business processes and regulatory requirements.

Business Analysis & Process Mapping :

- Gather, analyze, and document business and finance requirements.

- Map accounting and finance processes to Oracle Fusion Financials functionalities.

- Provide recommendations for process improvements and system optimizations.

Testing & Support :

- Prepare and execute functional test cases, including unit testing, system testing, and UAT support.

- Assist users during UAT and provide issue resolution and clarifications.

- Support go-live activities and post-implementation stabilization.

Documentation & Compliance :

- Create and maintain functional specifications, configuration documents, and user manuals.

- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, internal controls, and audit requirements.

- Support financial reporting and reconciliation activities.

Stakeholder Collaboration :

- Work closely with finance teams, business users, and technical consultants.

- Provide functional guidance to technical teams for integrations, reports, and extensions.

- Conduct user training sessions and knowledge transfer.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 5+ years of experience as an Oracle Fusion Finance Functional Consultant.

- Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Financials.

- Experience in minimum 5 end-to-end Oracle Fusion Finance implementation projects.

- In-depth understanding of accounting principles and finance processes.

- Expertise in configuring GL, AP, AR, FA, CM, and Expense Management modules.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
