Job Summary :

We are looking for an experienced Oracle EPM Financial Planning Consultant to design, implement, and support enterprise performance management solutions that drive accurate financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.

The ideal candidate should have strong functional and technical expertise in Oracle EPM Cloud (EPBCS/Planning) with proven experience in financial planning processes and stakeholder engagement.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- More than 6 years of experience in Oracle EPM Cloud (Planning/EPBCS) implementation and support.

- Strong understanding of financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.

Hands-on experience in :

- Business rules and calculation manager.

- Data management and integrations (FDMEE, Data Management, EPM Automate).

- Smart View, Financial Reporting Studio.

- Metadata and security management.

- Proficiency in Essbase cube design, optimization, and reporting.

- Solid knowledge of financial concepts, accounting principles, and FP&A processes.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
