About the Role :

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Financials Consultant with strong expertise in Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) and Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of end-to-end implementations, upgrades, and support projects, coupled with a good understanding of SQL/PLSQL for analysis and troubleshooting.

Key Responsibilities :

- Provide support, troubleshoot issues, and work with business users for process improvements on EBS and Fusion Cloud.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (technical and business) to design scalable solutions aligned with finance processes.

- Conduct fit-gap analysis and prepare functional design documents.

- Guide junior consultants and provide functional expertise in critical project phases.

- Stay updated with Oracle Cloud releases and assess impacts on existing processes.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 8 - 10 years of hands-on experience as an Oracle Financials Consultant.

- Strong functional expertise in Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials.

- Experience across multiple modules such as GL, AP, AR, FA, CM, ChRM

- Proven exposure to full lifecycle implementations and support projects.

- Solid working knowledge of SQL/PLSQL for queries, analysis, and troubleshooting.

- Ability to gather requirements, perform solution design, and configure systems

independently.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills :

- Experience in R12 upgrades and/or Fusion Cloud migration projects.

Education :

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or related field.
