Job Summary :


We are seeking an experienced Oracle Finance Functional Consultant specializing in Cash Management to join our team. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of dedicated experience in Oracle Cash Management implementations, a strong understanding of accounting principles, and excellent communication skills. This is a hybrid role based in one of the following locations : Kolkata, Hyderabad, Mumbai, Delhi/NCR, Pune, Bangalore, and Chennai.

Responsibilities :


- Implementation & Configuration : Lead and participate in the implementation of Oracle Cloud Cash Management modules. This includes configuring bank statements, reconciliation rules, bank accounts, and payment processes to meet client requirements.

- Requirements Gathering : Conduct workshops and meetings with clients to gather business requirements for cash management processes.

- Solution Design : Design and document functional solutions for cash management, ensuring alignment with business needs and Oracle best practices.

- RICE Objects : Work on Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, and Extensions (RICE) objects related to the Cash Management module, collaborating with technical teams to ensure successful development and delivery.

- Testing : Develop test scripts, execute system integration testing (SIT), and support user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate the configured solution.

- User Training : Provide training and support to end-users, ensuring they are proficient in using the new system and processes.

- Team Management : (Desirable) Mentor and guide junior team members, acting as a lead and providing direction on project tasks.

- Problem-Solving : Analyze and resolve issues related to cash management processes and configurations.

- Communication : Maintain effective communication with stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status and addressing any concerns.

Qualifications :


- Experience : 5+ years of hands-on experience in Oracle Cloud Cash Management implementations.

- Domain Knowledge : Solid understanding of accounting principles, particularly as they relate to cash and bank reconciliations.

Technical Skills :

- Expertise in all basic functionalities of Oracle Cloud Cash Management.

- Experience with RICE objects and the ability to draft functional specifications for them.

- Familiarity with other Oracle Financial modules (e.g., General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable) is a plus.

- Communication : Excellent verbal and written communication skills are a must.

- Leadership : Prior experience in managing or leading a team is highly desirable.
