Role Overview :

We are looking for an experienced Oracle Finance Consultant with strong expertise in Security, Segregation of Duties (SOD), and SOX compliance. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring robust financial controls, compliance adherence, and secure access management within Oracle ERP/Fusion Finance environments.

Key Responsibilities :

- Manage and implement Segregation of Duties (SOD) controls within Oracle Finance modules.

- Ensure compliance with SOX (Sarbanes-Oxley) regulations and internal audit requirements.

- Configure and maintain user roles, responsibilities, and security policies in Oracle ERP/Fusion.

- Perform risk assessments, identify control gaps, and drive remediation initiatives.

- Support internal and external audits, including documentation and evidence gathering.

- Collaborate with Finance, IT Security, and Compliance teams to align system controls with business processes.

- Monitor and improve access controls and security frameworks.

- Stay updated with regulatory requirements and Oracle security best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 6+ years of experience in Oracle Finance (EBS or Fusion Cloud).

- Strong understanding of Finance modules (GL, AP, AR, FA, etc.).

- Hands-on experience in SOD tools and controls implementation.

- In-depth knowledge of SOX compliance and audit processes.

- Expertise in Oracle security configuration and user access management.

- Experience in risk assessment and remediation strategies.

- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Good to Have :

- Experience with Oracle Risk Management Cloud (RMC) or similar tools.

- Exposure to GRC (Governance, Risk & Compliance) frameworks.

- Certifications in Oracle Finance / SOX / Risk & Compliance.
