Oracle FDMEE Technical Specialist

Job Description :

We are seeking an experienced Oracle FDMEE Technical Specialist to join our enterprise performance management team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing, maintaining, and supporting Oracle Hyperion FDMEE integrations, ensuring data accuracy, reliability, and seamless financial consolidation processes.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain FDMEE data load processes and integrations with various source systems (ERP, flat files, etc.)

- Manage data mapping, validation rules, and transformation logic within FDMEE

- Develop and maintain custom scripts (Jython/JavaScript/SQL) for automation and transformation

- Support integration with Oracle Hyperion Financial Management (HFM) or Planning and Budgeting Cloud Service (PBCS)

- Perform data load troubleshooting, error analysis, and issue resolution

- Work closely with functional teams to understand requirements and translate them into

technical solutions

- Participate in system upgrades, patching, and performance tuning

- Create and maintain technical documentation, process flows, and integration mappings

- Ensure compliance with internal controls, data governance, and audit requirements

Required Skills & Experience :

- 3 to 7 years of hands-on experience in Oracle FDMEE development and support

- Strong knowledge of data integration concepts and financial systems

- Proficient in Jython/JavaScript scripting, SQL, and ODI (Oracle Data Integrator)

- Experience working with Oracle EPM Suite, particularly HFM, PBCS, or FCCS

- Good understanding of financial consolidation and reporting processes

- Strong problem-solving, communication, and client interaction skills

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment

Good to Have :

- Experience with Cloud EPM (Oracle EPM Cloud)

- Exposure to Smart View, FR Reports, or Essbase

- Knowledge of AGILE or ITIL practices

- Oracle certifications in FDMEE or related EPM tools

Educational Qualification :

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
