Role : Oracle FCCS Financial Consolidation and Close Cloud Services Consultant

We are looking for a passionate Oracle FCCS Financial Consolidation and Close Cloud Services Consultant to join our team and play a key role in strengthening our Consolidation and Close ecosystem.

What You Will Do :

- Lead end to end development and configuration of Oracle FCCS Cloud

- Build automations that simplify consolidation, close, and reporting workflows

- Support users, understand their challenges, and translate requirements into practical solutions

- Troubleshoot issues during month and quarter close and ensure smooth operations

- Work on enhancements, customizations, and integrations with EPM and other systems

- Participate in validation, testing, documentation, and production migrations

- Drive improvement initiatives to enhance system efficiency and user experience

- Act as the SME for R2R, ensuring compliance, audit readiness, and best practices

What We Are Looking For :

- Bachelors or Masters degree in Finance, Accounting, IT, or related fields

- 5 plus years of hands on experience with Oracle FCCS and at least 2 full implementations

- Strong knowledge of Oracle Cloud EPM and integrations

- Solid understanding of R2R, Chart of Accounts, Journal Entries, and consolidation processes

- Experience with cloud based ERP systems and data integrations

- Familiarity with scripting such as PowerShell, Batch, or Shell is a plus

- Comfortable working with SDLC processes including Agile, Hybrid, or Waterfall

- Strong communication skills with the ability to work closely with Accounting, Finance, and Technology teams

- Oracle FCCS or EPM certifications are an added advantage

- Strong problem solving mindset with ownership and focus on continuous improvement
