Key Responsibilities :


Oracle FAH Implementation Leadership :


- Lead Oracle Fusion FAH implementations through the entire project lifecycle, from initial design and blueprinting to configuration, testing, and final deployment.

- Serve as a subject matter expert, guiding clients through the intricacies of FAH functionalities and best practices.

- Demonstrate proven experience with 3+ Oracle Fusion Cloud implementations, showcasing a strong track record of successful project delivery.

Functional Configuration & Accounting Standards :


- Configure Oracle Fusion FAH modules meticulously to align with diverse and complex accounting standards, including those relevant to global (US/EU) clients.

- Translate detailed business requirements into effective FAH configurations, ensuring accurate financial accounting and reporting.


- Deep understanding of accounting principles and how they are applied within the FAH framework.


Client Collaboration & Analysis :


- Collaborate closely with clients to understand their financial accounting processes, challenges, and objectives.

- Conduct thorough analysis of current states and design future-state FAH solutions that optimize financial flows and reporting capabilities.

- Effectively communicate design options, considerations, and impacts to client stakeholders.

Integration & Optimization :


- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of FAH with other Oracle Fusion modules (e.g., GL, AP, AR) and external systems.

- Identify opportunities for process improvements and system optimizations within the financial accounting landscape.


Required Skills & Qualifications :


Experience : 5+ years of relevant experience in Oracle Financials, with a significant focus on Oracle Fusion Financial Accounting Hub (FAH).


- Implementation Track Record : Proven experience leading 3+ Oracle Fusion Cloud implementations, specifically involving FAH.

- FAH Expertise : Strong functional and configuration knowledge of Oracle Fusion FAH modules.

- Global Client Experience : Demonstrated experience working with global clients (US/EU) and configuring FAH to meet their specific accounting standards and regulatory requirements.

- Accounting Knowledge : Solid understanding of financial accounting principles and practices.

- Problem-Solving : Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex business needs into technical solutions.


- Communication : Strong verbal and written communication skills, capable of engaging effectively with clients and internal teams.
