Job Summary :

We are seeking an experienced Oracle ERP Report Developer Consultant with strong expertise in Oracle ERP HR and Finance modules.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining business reports, dashboards, and analytics solutions using OTBI (Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence) and SQL.

The role requires close collaboration with business stakeholders to gather reporting requirements and deliver insightful reporting solutions that support organizational decision-making.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain reports and dashboards using Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence (OTBI).

- Develop complex SQL queries, data extraction, and reporting solutions across Oracle ERP applications.

- Work extensively on Oracle ERP HR and Finance modules to deliver business-critical reports.

- Gather and analyze reporting requirements from business users and translate them into technical solutions.

- Optimize report performance and ensure data accuracy and consistency.

- Troubleshoot and resolve reporting-related issues in a timely manner.

- Create and maintain report documentation, technical specifications, and user guides.

- Collaborate with functional and technical teams during implementations, upgrades, and enhancements.

- Ensure adherence to reporting standards, security policies, and data governance guidelines.

Required Skills :

Mandatory Skills :

- Strong experience in Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence (OTBI).

- Advanced knowledge of SQL and database querying.

- Hands-on experience with Oracle ERP Cloud HR and Finance modules.

- Experience in developing operational, analytical, and management reports.

- Strong understanding of Oracle ERP data structures and reporting architecture.

Preferred Skills :

- Experience with Oracle BI Publisher.

- Knowledge of Oracle HCM Cloud and Oracle Financials Cloud reporting.

- Exposure to data migration, integrations, and reporting best practices.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

Qualification :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.

- Relevant Oracle certifications will be an added advantage.

Experience :

- 6+ years of experience in Oracle ERP reporting and analytics.

- Proven experience in OTBI report development and SQL-based reporting solutions.
