Position : Oracle ERP Manual Tester.

Location : Hyderabad (Hybrid).

Experience : 7+ years.

Experience With Oracle ERP R12 Testing.

We have a requirement for a Manual test engineer.

Job Summary :

We are seeking a skilled Manual Testing QA Resource to join our quality assurance team.

The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in manual testing methodologies, test planning, and execution.

A secondary but valuable skill set includes experience with Oracle ERP R12 Testingparticularly in Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), and Finance modules.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and execute test cases, test scenarios, and test scripts for functional, regression, and system testing.

- Perform defect reporting, tracking, and validation to ensure high-quality deliverables.

- Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and project managers to clarify requirements and ensure adequate test coverage.

- Execute test cycles, document test results, and support user acceptance testing (UAT).

- Ensure compliance with established QA processes, standards, and best practices.

- Identify risks, escalate issues, and provide proactive solutions to mitigate testing challenges.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent work experience).

- 3 to 6 years of experience in manual software testing.

- Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, SDLC, and STLC.

- Proficiency in writing detailed test cases and executing them effectively.

- Experience in defect management tools (e.g., JIRA,).

- Familiarity with SQL for data validation and backend testing.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

- Excellent communication and documentation skills.

Nice To Have (Secondary Skills) :

- Hands-on experience with Oracle ERP R12 Testing in AR, AP, and Finance modules.

- Knowledge of ERP workflows, functional business processes, and financial system testing.

- Familiarity with SQL for data validation and backend testing.
