We are seeking an experienced Director, EPM to lead market development, oversee engagement delivery, and provide solution architecture expertise. This role blends business development with deep knowledge of EPM solutions such as Oracle EPM, Anaplan, Tagetik, Board, OneStream, Pigment, Workday Adaptive Insights and others to drive client success and maximize value.

Key Responsibilities :

Client Development :

- Build and strengthen executive relationships to identify new business and grow existing engagements

- Collaborate with Alliances teams to uncover opportunities and lead deals through to closure.

Engagement Oversight :

- Manage multiple projects, ensuring high-quality and timely delivery.

- Maintain clear stakeholder communication, proactively manage risks, and resolve issues.

Solution Architecture :

- Design scalable, effective solutions addressing complex business challenges across functions.

- Provide technical leadership, driving adherence to best practices for model development.

Team Leadership :

- Mentor and develop EPM consultants and engagement managers.

- Foster a client-centric, collaborative team culture.

Qualifications :

- 15+ years of experience in EPM consulting, solution architecture, or related roles.

- Proven track record managing senior client relationships and expanding business in the domestic market.

- Extensive experience leading end-to-end EPM implementations.

- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
