Job Summary :

We are seeking an experienced EPM Lead with strong expertise in Oracle EPM Cloud, primarily in EPBCS (Enterprise Planning and Budgeting Cloud Service), within an Operate/Managed Services model.

The role involves owning end-to-end service delivery, ensuring platform stability, driving continuous improvements, and leading an EPM support team handling EPBCS along with FCCS and PCMCS applications. The candidate will act as the primary interface between Finance stakeholders and IT teams while governing releases, enhancements, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities :

Service Delivery & Operations :

- Own end-to-end support and service delivery of Oracle EPM Cloud applications.

- Ensure platform availability, stability, and performance.

- Manage incident, problem, and change management processes.

- Monitor application health, integrations, and batch jobs.

Application Expertise (Primary : EPBCS) :

Lead support and enhancements for :

- EPBCS : Enterprise Planning and Budgeting Cloud Service (Primary)

- FCCS : Financial Consolidation and Close Cloud Service

- PCMCS : Profitability and Cost Management Cloud Service

Manage application configurations including :

- Metadata management

- Business rules (Calculation Manager)

- Data forms, dashboards, and reports

- Data integrations (FDMEE/Data Management)

- Oversee monthly/quarterly patch updates and regression testing.

Release & Enhancement Governance :


- Govern release cycles, enhancements, and minor projects.

- Drive continuous improvement initiatives.

- Coordinate UAT cycles with Finance stakeholders.

- Ensure proper documentation and knowledge management.

Stakeholder Management :

- Act as primary point of contact for Finance and IT leadership.

- Conduct governance meetings and provide status reporting.

- Translate business requirements into scalable EPM solutions.

Team Leadership :

- Lead and mentor EPM functional and technical team members.

- Allocate tasks and monitor SLA adherence.

- Ensure compliance with ITIL-based support processes.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 6+ years of experience in Oracle EPM implementations and support.


- Strong hands-on expertise in Oracle EPBCS (Primary).

- Working knowledge of FCCS and PCMCS.

- Experience in Operate/Managed Services delivery model.

Strong understanding of :

- Planning & Budgeting processes

- Financial consolidation

- Profitability and cost allocation

- Hands-on experience with :

- Business Rules & Calculation Manager

- Data Integration & Data Management

- Security configuration

- Smart View & Reporting

- Experience in release management and environment governance.

- Excellent stakeholder communication skills.
