Role Objective

We are seeking a seasoned Oracle EPM Consulting Manager specializing in Financial Consolidation and Close (FCCS). With 9 to 14 years of deep domain expertise, you will lead end-to-end implementations, architecting robust financial solutions for global clients. You will bridge the gap between complex business requirements and technical execution, ensuring seamless financial reporting and consolidation processes.

Key Responsibilities

- Solution Architecture & Implementation :

- Lead multiple end-to-end FCCS implementations, from requirement gathering and design to go-live and hyper-care.

- Configure core FCCS features, including Consolidation Logic, Translations, Eliminations, and Equity Pick-up.

- Design and implement complex Business Rules (Calc Manager) and Member Formulas.

- Oversee data integration strategies using Data Management (FDMEE) or Data Integration to ensure accurate data loads from ERP source systems.

- Consulting & Advisory :

- Conduct high-impact product demonstrations and Lead Discovery workshops with CFO-level stakeholders.

- Provide strategic "Solutioning" for complex financial scenarios such as multi-GAAP reporting (IFRS, US GAAP), intercompany matching, and currency translations.

- Manage ad-hoc assignments, including system audits, performance tuning, and health checks of existing EPM environments.

- Automation & Optimization :

- Streamline the financial close process through EPM Automate scripts and task orchestration.

- Design user-friendly Web Forms, Dashboards, and Infolets to enhance the user experience.

- Optimize application performance by refining metadata structures and calculation scripts.

- Leadership & Support :

- Provide expert-level support for post-implementation issues and complex functional queries.

- Mentor junior consultants and lead offshore/onshore delivery teams.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (ERP, BI, and Finance) to ensure data integrity across the ecosystem.

Required Technical Skills & Qualifications :

Requirements :

Experience : 9 to 14 years in Oracle EPM, with a primary focus on FCCS.

Implementations :

- Proven track record of at least 34 full life-cycle FCCS implementations.

Core FCCS :

- Deep knowledge of Close Manager, Supplemental Data, and Extended Dimensionality.

Data Tools :

- Proficiency in Data Management, EPM Automate, and Smart View.

Soft Skills :

- Core Consulting Excellence : Ability to translate "Finance Speak" into technical requirements and vice-versa.

- Presentation : Confident in leading demos and presenting to executive leadership.

- Problem Solving : Analytical mindset to troubleshoot complex consolidation discrepancies.
