Oracle EPM Consultant - E2E Implementation

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead Oracle EPM implementation projects with a focus on ARCS (Reconciliation Compliance & Transaction Matching)

- Gather and analyze business requirements related to finance, accounting, and reconciliation processes

- Design scalable, effective solutions using Oracle ARCS and Hyperion EPM Suite components

- Develop reports, dashboards, and reconciliation processes aligned with business needs

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for data integration, consolidation, and validation

- Manage stakeholder communications and provide regular project status updates

- Ensure compliance with financial controls and governance standards

- Support change management and user training as needed

- Manage and mentor junior team members

- Be available for travel as per project requirements

Required Skills and Experience :

- Minimum 7 years of hands-on experience in Oracle EPM implementations

- Expertise in Oracle ARCS (Account Reconciliation Cloud Service) including Reconciliation

Compliance and Transaction Matching modules

- Strong knowledge of Hyperion EPM product suite (Financial Close, Planning, Essbase, etc.)

- Solid Finance and Accounting domain knowledge, including General Ledger (GL), sub-ledgers,

and reconciliation processes

- Experience in requirements gathering, solution design, and report/dashboard development

- Familiarity with data integration and consolidation tools

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills

- Willingness to travel as per project needs
