We are seeking a seasoned Oracle EPM Consultant with strong hands-on expertise in ARCS (Account Reconciliation Cloud Service) and/or TRCS (Tax Reporting Cloud Service). The ideal candidate will lead or support end-to-end Oracle EPM implementations, working closely with finance, tax, and IT teams to deliver business-aligned technology solutions in a hybrid Agile environment.

Mandatory Skills :

- Minimum 7+ years of Oracle EPM implementation experience.

- Proven hands-on expertise with ARCS and/or TRCS modules.

- Proficient in Smart View, FDMEE, and EPM Automate tools.

- Strong understanding and practical experience with Agile methodology.

- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.

- Experience in creating and executing technology vision statements and strategic roadmaps.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience in aligning EPM strategies with business objectives.

- Knowledge of financial systems, tax reconciliation, and compliance processes.

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and lead digital transformation initiatives.

What You'll Do :

EPM Implementation Leadership : Lead or actively support end-to-end implementation projects for Oracle EPM solutions, with a primary focus on ARCS and/or TRCS.

Solution Design & Delivery : Design, configure, and optimize EPM solutions, ensuring they meet specific business requirements for financial close, account reconciliation, and tax reporting.

Technical Proficiency : Leverage your expertise in Smart View, FDMEE (Financial Data Quality Management Enterprise Edition), and EPM Automate for data integration, automation, and reporting.

Strategic Alignment : Contribute to creating and executing technology vision statements and strategic roadmaps, ensuring EPM strategies align seamlessly with broader business objectives.

Business Process Understanding : Apply strong knowledge of financial systems, tax reconciliation, and compliance processes to design effective EPM solutions.

Agile Collaboration : Work effectively within a hybrid Agile environment, participating in sprint planning, stand-ups, and reviews.

Stakeholder Management : Manage and communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders, including finance, tax, and IT teams, ensuring clear understanding and successful project outcomes.
