Were Hiring : Oracle EPM Consultant

Are you passionate about driving strategic performance using cutting-edge Oracle EPM solutions? Our team is growing, and were looking for a motivated Oracle EPM professional to join us in delivering impactful business insights and transformation.

Key Responsibilities :

- Implement, configure, and support Oracle EPM Cloud modules (FCCS, PBCS/EPBCS, ARCS, PCMCS, etc.)

- Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable EPM solutions

- Design and build data models, business rules, calculations, dashboards, and reports

- Support integrations between EPM Cloud and ERP or other source systems

- Troubleshoot issues, optimize performance, and ensure seamless month-end processes

Required Skills & Experience :

- 6+ years of hands-on experience in Oracle EPM Cloud or Hyperion applications

- Strong knowledge of financial planning, budgeting, consolidation, and reporting processes

- Experience with Data Management (DM/FDMEE), Smart View, EPM Automate, and Calculation Manager

- Solid understanding of finance concepts and business process workflows

- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills

Nice to Have :

- Experience with REST APIs, data integrations, or scripting (Python/VBA)

- Certifications in Oracle EPM Cloud
