Description : Oracle EPM consultant


Location : Bangalore, Hyderabad & Chennai


Experience : 6+ years


Notice Period : Immediate


Roles & Responsibility :


- 5+ years of relevant experience in Oracle EPM PBCS


- Should have worked on end-to-end EPM - ESSBASE / FCCS & ARCS implementations


- Implement and support Oracle EPM PBCS for financial planning, budgeting, and reporting.


- Assist with financial planning activities, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.


- Experience in configuring and supporting the ESSBASE analytics and FCCS application


- Integration of PBCS with ERP.


- Good functional knowledge with relevant educational qualifications B.Tech / MBA or equivalent [Finance functional knowledge would be needed]


- Strong understanding of financial planning, forecasting, and financial reporting.


- Extensive experience in working with Oracle EPM and FP&A processes.


- Ability to work independently in a remote, offshore environment.


- Excellent communication skills, comfortable talking to the client, conducting demos


- Must have experience in any of the ERP products (Cloud or OnPremise).


- Good analytical skills and understanding of business process.


- Experience in resolving and troubleshooting issues.


Preferred Skills :


- Knowledge/Training on Oracle cloud products.


- Knowledge in implementation of ERP and EPM (Enterprise performance system).

- Good written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.


- Strong team and individual player.


- Maintains composure during all types of situations and is collaborative by nature.


- Good standards of professionalism, consistently producing high-quality results.


- Self-sufficient, independent requiring very little supervision or intervention.
