About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Oracle EPM Consultant with strong technical and functional expertise to join our dynamic team. The role involves end-to-end implementation, optimization, and support of Oracle EPM solutions in a high-performance environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the design, development, and deployment of Oracle EPM solutions (Planning, Budgeting, FCCS, Essbase, etc.).

- Collaborate with finance and IT stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable solutions.

- Customize and configure EPM applications to meet business objectives.

- Develop and maintain business rules, calculation scripts, and automation scripts within EPM.

- Perform data integrations between EPM and other enterprise systems (ERP, BI tools, etc.).

- Conduct system performance tuning, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis.

- Prepare technical documentation, user guides, and process workflows.

- Train and mentor end-users to maximize adoption and utilization of EPM tools.

- Ensure compliance with security standards and governance policies.

- Participate in regular project status updates, client meetings, and solution reviews.

- Provide proactive recommendations for process improvements and system enhancements.

Required Skills & Experience :

- Minimum 7 years of experience working with Oracle EPM Suite (Hyperion Planning, FCCS, Essbase, etc.).

- Strong understanding of financial planning, forecasting, and consolidation processes.

- Hands-on experience in metadata management, business rules scripting, and Smart View reporting.

- Knowledge of EPM Automate, Data Management (FDMEE), and integration methods.

- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve performance and data issues independently.

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
