Job Title : Oracle EPM Application Specialist (ARCS & EDMCS)

Location : Remote (Full-Time, 12 PM - 9 PM ET Shift)

About the Role :

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Oracle EPM Application Specialist to join our dynamic team.

In this role, you will be the subject matter expert responsible for the management, configuration, and ongoing support of our Oracle Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) cloud environment, with a primary focus on Account Reconciliation Cloud Service (ARCS) and Enterprise Data Management Cloud Service (EDMCS).

This is a critical role that supports our global financial close and data governance processes.

Key Responsibilities :

- Administer, configure, and maintain the Oracle EPM Cloud suite, specifically ARCS and EDMCS modules.

- Design and implement reconciliation compliance frameworks, matching rules, and profiles within ARCS.

- Manage master data and metadata, including hierarchies and data governance, within EDMCS.

- Provide technical and functional support to business users, troubleshooting issues and ensuring system stability.

- Collaborate with finance and IT teams to gather requirements and translate them into effective system solutions.

- Develop and maintain system documentation, including process flows, configuration workbooks, and training materials.

- Ensure the integrity and security of financial data within the EPM systems.

Must-Have Qualifications :

- Proven hands-on experience in implementing, configuring, and supporting Oracle EPM Cloud.

- Demonstrable expertise in Oracle ARCS (Account Reconciliation Cloud Service) is mandatory.

- Demonstrable expertise in Oracle EDMCS (Enterprise Data Management Cloud Service) is mandatory.

- Strong understanding of financial consolidation, close, and reconciliation processes.

- Ability to work effectively in a remote setting and independently manage tasks.

- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications :

- Experience with Oracle Financial Consolidation and Close Cloud Service (FCCS).

- Knowledge of other Oracle Cloud EPM modules (EPBCS, PCMCS).

- Relevant Oracle EPM Cloud certifications.
