EPBCS Implementation & Configuration :

- Lead and participate in at least one end-to-end Oracle EPBCS implementation, from requirements gathering to post-go-live support.

- Perform strong hands-on configuration across various EPBCS modules, including Financial Planning, Workforce Planning, Capex Planning, and Opex Planning.

- Develop and manage business rules, calculations, and forms within EPBCS to meet specific business requirements.

Data Management & Integration :

- Utilize a good understanding of Smart View for reporting and data analysis.

- Work with Data Management (FDMEE) and other integration techniques to ensure smooth data flow between EPBCS and source systems.

Problem-Solving & Communication :

- Apply excellent problem-solving skills to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve issues related to EPBCS configurations and data processes.

- Effectively communicate complex technical and functional concepts to stakeholders and team members.

Mandatory Skills & Expertise :

- Oracle EPBCS : Strong hands-on experience with Oracle EPBCS.

- Implementations : At least one end-to-end Oracle EPBCS implementation experience.

- Module Expertise : Expertise in Financial Planning, Workforce Planning, Capex Planning, and Opex Planning modules within EPBCS.

- Tools : Good understanding of Smart View and Data Management (FDMEE).

- Technical Components : Strong knowledge of business rules, calculations, and forms within EPBCS.

- Integration : Familiarity with integration techniques for EPBCS.

- Soft Skills : Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
