Apex IT India is seeking an experienced Oracle Engagement Cloud Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Oracle Engagement Cloud and Oracle Sales Cloud CRM systems, a strong ability to mentor peers, and a passion for problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities :
- Implement Oracle Engagement Cloud solutions according to the design provided by the Team Leader.
- Take full ownership of the development process, from initial requirements gathering to successful delivery.
- Exhibit strong design and development capabilities to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions.
- Mentor junior team members, contributing as both a team player and an individual contributor.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in a timely and efficient manner.
- Contribute to project planning, ensuring the delivery of high-quality solutions in line with client requirements.
Competencies and Skills :
- 5+ years of experience implementing Oracle Engagement Cloud and/or Oracle Sales Cloud CRM systems.
- Must have experience with at least 3 full-cycle implementations from inception to go-live.
- Prior experience working with adaptive methodologies in fast-paced environments with tight milestones.
- Strong programming skills, with the ability to review and debug complex code written by others.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities, with a focus on delivering solutions.
- Strong research skills to investigate and resolve complex technical and functional problems.
- Experience with functional modules such as Sales Planning and Forecasting, Engagement Cloud Service Requests, Sales Territories, Fusion CRM BI/Dashboards/KPIs, Mobile and Outlook integrations, and File Imports.
- Ability to understand, analyze, and solve both explicit and implicit requirements from business stakeholders.
- Minimum 4+ years of relevant experience working with Oracle CX (mandatory).
- Previous experience with Oracle Cloud-based CRM systems, with a strong understanding of functional and technical aspects.
