Description :

We are seeking an experienced Oracle EBS US Payroll Functional Consultant with strong expertise across Oracle HCM, Oracle Fusion, and EBS R12 Payroll. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience supporting US payroll operations, managing integrations in coexistence environments, and providing end-to-end functional and production support.

Key Responsibilities :

- Provide functional and production support for Oracle Fusion HCM and Oracle EBS R12 Payroll.

- Manage and validate data synchronization between Fusion HCM and EBS Payroll (employee, assignment, pay elements, etc.).

- Configure, manage, and troubleshoot payroll elements, balances, and Fast Formulas.

- Execute and support US Payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

- Review and apply legislative patches, perform testing, and resolve related issues.

- Support FusionEBS coexistence including data flow, integrations, and reconciliation.

- Perform SQL-based data validation for payroll and HCM transactions.

- Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze issues, and deliver solutions.

- Participate in migration or coexistence projects involving Fusion HCM and on-prem EBS Payroll.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 8 - 12 years of functional experience in Oracle HCM/Payroll (Fusion + EBS R12).

- Strong understanding of US Payroll processing, Fast Formulas, element configuration, and payroll flows.

- Experience working in FusionEBS coexistence/integration environments.

- Proficiency in SQL for payroll data validation and troubleshooting.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills :

- Experience working in utility or regulated industries.

- Exposure to large-scale migration or coexistence projects (Fusion HCM + on-prem Payroll).
