We're seeking an experienced and skilled Oracle EBS Techno-Functional Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in Oracle E-Business Suite R12.3 and a solid understanding of its core functionalities. You'll be responsible for the design, development, and support of Oracle EBS solutions, including customizations, extensions, and integrations. This role requires a hands-on professional who can collaborate with business users, translate requirements into technical solutions, and provide critical support in a fast-paced environment.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

Technical Expertise :

- 6+ years of hands-on experience in Oracle EBS R12.

- Proficiency in core technical components, including PL/SQL, Oracle Forms, Reports, BI Publisher, ADF/OAF, and Workflow Builder.

- Experience with customizations, extensions, and integrations (CEI) within the Oracle EBS framework.

- Working knowledge of integrations with third-party systems, such as Vertex and other external tax engines.

System & Application Knowledge :

- Strong understanding of the Oracle EBS Finance modules (e.g., AP, AR, GL, FA, EBTax, Cash Management) from a technical and functional perspective.

- Experience working with ServiceNow or similar IT Service Management (ITSM) platforms for incident and change management.

- Familiarity with the technical landscape of multinational, multilingual deployments, specifically in English, Chinese, and Japanese locales.

Problem-Solving & Communication :

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to debug and resolve complex system issues.

- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with business users, technical teams, and

stakeholders.

- Ability to work under pressure and provide weekend/holiday support during critical periods,

such as quarter-end or year-end close cycles.

- Understanding of financial close cycles and compliance requirements from a systems perspective.
