Expertise required in CRM or Finance.
Key Responsibilities :
- Analysis & Design : Gather requirements, analyze business processes, and design functional/technical solutions.
- Development & Customization : Develop PL/SQL, SQL, APIs, Reports (XML Publisher/BIP), Interfaces, Workflows, AME, and Extensions.
- Configuration : Configure core EBS modules (AP, AR, GL, CM, SCM, Projects, HRMS) and system setups.
- Support & Maintenance : Provide ongoing production support, troubleshooting, performance tuning, and data migration.
- Testing : Conduct unit, system, and end-to-end testing.
- Documentation : Create technical specifications, deployment scripts, and user documentation.
- Integration : Integrate EBS with third-party systems and manage cloud transitions (Fusion HCM).
Required Skills & Qualifications :
- Functional Expertise : Deep knowledge in Financials (AP, AR, GL, CM), SCM (OM, INV, PO), Projects, or HRMS.
- Technical Proficiency : PL/SQL, SQL, Workflow Builder, XML Publisher/BIP, APIs, Concurrent Programs.
- Tools : Oracle AME, Alert, BI Publisher, OTM (depending on module).
- Architecture : Understanding of Oracle EBS system architecture, tables, and data models.
- Methodologies : Experience with AIM documentation, development lifecycles.
- Soft Skills : Strong communication, problem-solving, business analysis, and user management.
- Experience : 4+ years in IT, with specific EBS R12 experience being crucial, often including end-to-end implementations.
