Description :

We are seeking an Oracle EBS Finance Techno-Functional Consultant to support, enhance, and optimize Oracle E-Business Suite Finance modules. The ideal candidate will bridge business requirements with technical solutions, leveraging strong functional knowledge and hands-on development experience.

Key Responsibilities :

- Work closely with finance stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into system solutions.

- Support and enhance Oracle EBS Financial modules such as GL, AP, AR, FA, CM, PO.

- Design, configure, customize, and implement solutions within EBS Finance.

- Develop and maintain RICEW components (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions, Workflows).

- Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolutions.

- Perform unit testing, UAT support, and end-user training.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for integrations, upgrades, and migrations.

- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal controls.

Technical Skills :

- Strong working knowledge of Oracle EBS R12 Financials.

- Expertise in PL/SQL, Oracle Forms/Reports, XML Publisher, Workflow Builder.

- Experience with EBS APIs, Interfaces, and data conversion frameworks.

- Familiarity with OAF, BI Publisher, WebADI, and performance tuning.

- Exposure to integration tools (SOA, REST/SOAP), Oracle Cloud modules is a plus.

Functional Skills :

- Deep understanding of financial processes : GL, AP, AR, FA, Cash Management, SLA, Tax.

- Ability to design end-to-end solutions aligned to business processes.

- Strong documentation, business analysis, and stakeholder communication skills.

- Knowledge of accounting, month-end closures, and reconciliations.
