Job Title : Oracle EBS Techno-Functional Consultant (AME & Financials)

Role Overview :

We are looking for an experienced Oracle EBS Techno-Functional Consultant with strong expertise in Approvals Management Engine (AME) and Financials modules to lead the redesign and implementation of AP Invoice Approval workflows.

The ideal candidate will play a critical role in modernizing approval processes, strengthening financial system integrations, and providing hands-on technical support across Oracle E-Business Suite Financial modules.

Key Responsibilities :

- Analyze existing custom workflows for AP Invoice Approvals and design an optimized AME-based approval solution.

- Configure and manage AME transaction types and ensure seamless integration with Oracle Payables (AP).

Develop and enhance :

- PL/SQL APIs

- Custom reports

- Extensions for AME and Financial modules

Provide technical support across GL, AR, and Cash Management (CM) including :

- Interfaces

- Customizations

- Performance tuning and issue resolution

- Perform data migration, validation, and reconciliation for approval hierarchies and financial workflows.

Prepare and maintain :

- Technical design documents

- Deployment scripts

- Support and operational documentation

- Design and maintain Oracle XML Publisher (BI Publisher) templates for financial and compliance reports.

Required Skills & Experience :

Must-Have Skills :

Strong hands-on experience with Oracle EBS R12 Financials :

- Accounts Payable (AP)

- Accounts Receivable (AR)

- General Ledger (GL)

- Cash Management (CM)

- Proven expertise in Oracle Approvals Management Engine (AME) configuration and integration.

Advanced proficiency in :

- PL/SQL

- Oracle Workflow Builder

Solid knowledge of :

- Oracle standard APIs

- Concurrent programs

- Interface development

- Experience in troubleshooting complex issues across multiple financial modules.

- Hands-on experience with Oracle XML Publisher for report design and customization.

Good to Have :

- Exposure to financial compliance and audit-driven workflows.

- Experience working in support + enhancement environments.

- Strong understanding of end-to-end AP Invoice lifecycle and approval governance.
