Oracle EBS Techno-Functional Consultant

Key Responsibilities :

- Provide end-to-end implementation and support for Oracle EBS R12 modules with a focus on O2C and P2P cycles.

- Conduct requirement gathering sessions, user workshops, and translate business needs into functional and technical requirements.

- Handle day-to-day production support activities, including issue analysis, debugging, and performing root cause analysis.

- Perform system testing, UAT support, and validation of business flows and customizations.

- Develop and maintain technical components such as Oracle Forms, Reports, Workflows, and PL/SQL scripts.

- Work on Oracle Application Framework (OAF) customizations and personalizations.

- Design, develop, and maintain CEMLIs (Reports, Interfaces, Extensions, Conversions, and Workflows).

- Prepare and maintain all required documentation including functional specs, technical specs, test scenarios, and user manuals.

- Coordinate with end-users, business analysts, and developers for issue resolution and enhancement planning.

- Ensure compliance with internal quality standards and best practices.

Technical Skills :

- Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with Oracle EBS R12 (Order to Cash, Procure to Pay modules).

- Proficiency in PL/SQL, SQL, Oracle Forms/Reports, Workflow Builder.

- Experience with OAF (Oracle Application Framework) customizations.

- Good understanding and implementation experience of CEMLI components.

- Experience in debugging complex issues and providing technical solutions for functional requirements.

- Understanding of interfaces and integrations with third-party applications is a plus.

Functional Skills :

- In-depth understanding of business processes across O2C and P2P cycles.

- Ability to work directly with business users to understand their needs and translate them into technical/functional deliverables.

- Strong documentation skills able to produce SOPs, training materials, and user manuals.

- Proven ability to test business flows independently and support UAT.

Required Qualifications :

- Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- Minimum 8 years of relevant techno-functional experience in Oracle EBS R12.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills both verbal and written.

- Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
