About the Role :

We are seeking an experienced Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) Technical Support Engineer with strong expertise in Oracle EBS R12, SQL/PLSQL, and multi-module support within the Supply Chain and Manufacturing domains. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in troubleshooting production issues, managing customizations, and ensuring smooth functioning of end-to-end business flows.

Key Responsibilities :

- Provide technical support for Oracle EBS R12 across multiple modules, preferably within the Supply Chain and Manufacturing industries.

- Work extensively with SQL/PLSQL, Oracle Forms, Oracle Reports, and integrations.

- Handle inbound/outbound interfaces, data extraction, and data load processes.

- Troubleshoot issues across various Oracle EBS layers and provide effective remediation.

- Independently manage the issue resolution lifecycle, including root cause analysis and fixes.

- Support enhancements and maintenance of customizations across Oracle EBS business flows.

- Collaborate with functional and business teams to resolve production issues efficiently.
