Oracle EBS Technical Project Manager

Job Description :

Responsibilities :

- Develop and maintain project plans, budgets, schedules, resource plans, and status reports.

- Drive daily project management activities, including tracking progress, managing risks/issues,

and ensuring project governance.

- Collaborate with Finance and Accounting stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure

solution alignment.

- Serve as the single point of contact between business, technical teams, Oracle support, and

vendors.

- Facilitate steering committee meetings, workshops, and stakeholder updates.

- Support testing cycles : system testing, UAT, cutover, and go-live readiness..

- Manage relationships with Oracle and system integrators.

- Monitor consultant and internal resource performance, budgets, and deliverables.

- Coordinate offshore/onshore team collaboration, if applicable.

Qualifications :

- Oracle APEX. Experience working in APEX 21+ versions.

- Ability to deliver modern elegant web applications using a combination of APEX and JavaScript.

- Oracle SQL / Oracle PL/SQL programming experience.

- Experience in managing web page layouts with APEX templates and themes.

- Relational Data modeling.

- Knowledge of web application usability trends HTML5 / CSS knowledge.

- Experience collaborating effectively with team members and partners in a distributed project environment.

- Experience integrating Oracle Ebusiness Suite, REST APIs into APEX applications

- Web application security / Data security.

- Airlines Experience Preferred

Primary Skill :

- Project Manager specialized in Oracle ERP (EBS/Fusion) Implementation with Techno-functional background

- Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or related field; MBA/CPA is a plus.

- 12 years of experience in ERP project delivery, with 5-8 years specifically managing Oracle ERP Finance implementations (EBS or Fusion).

- Experience in full-cycle ERP projects : blueprinting, design, build, test, deploy, and support.

- Strong understanding of financial processes : GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Cash Management,

Budgeting & Reporting.

- Familiarity with Oracle Cloud Financials (Fusion) is a strong advantage.

- PMP / Prince2 - Mandatory

- Oracle ERP Cloud Financials Certification- Mandatory

- Preferably candidates with less than 1 month notice period
