Location : Pan India (with 12+ months onsite opportunity)

Job Description :


We are seeking an experienced Oracle EBS SCM Functional Consultant with strong expertise in Procurement Suite and Advanced Modules for an L3 engagement. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of Oracle E-Business Suite (R12), including inventory, procurement, and supply chain planning modules. This role requires hands-on experience in end-to-end Oracle EBS implementations, project leadership, and production support, while also guiding and mentoring a team of functional and technical resources.


Key Responsibilities :


Functional & Technical Expertise :


- Serve as a Subject Matter Expert in Oracle EBS Supply Chain Management (SCM) modules including :


1. Inventory (INV)


2. Purchasing (PO)


3. iProcurement & iSupplier Portal


4. Sourcing & Service Procurement


5. Procurement Contracts


6. Advanced Procurement Modules (AME, MRP)


- Participate in end-to-end implementation of Oracle EBS Procurement Suite and related modules.


- Develop functional and technical specifications, ensuring alignment with business requirements.


- Ensure adherence to ERP and SCM best practices, compliance standards, and Oracle quality processes.


Project Management & Leadership :


- Guide project team members on technical and functional aspects, conduct reviews of documents and artifacts.


- Lead project development, production support, and maintenance activities.


- Track and ensure completion of timesheets, invoicing, and project deliverables within deadlines.


- Serve as the primary customer interface, proactively addressing issues and preventing escalations.


- Monitor project progress to ensure timely completion while maintaining quality standards.


Team Management & Mentoring :


- Allocate tickets and tasks to resources, ensuring adherence to SLAs/KPIs/OLAs.


- Mentor, motivate, and develop team members to improve efficiency, knowledge, and performance.


- Promote teamwork and collaboration across functional and technical teams.


Support & Continuous Improvement :


- Provide application production support according to process/RACI matrix.


- Review and improve project workflows and processes for better efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and quality.


- Ensure proper documentation, tracking of open tickets/incidents, and timely resolution.


Required Skills & Qualifications :


- 8+ years of experience in Oracle E-Business Suite (R12) with strong SCM functional knowledge.


- Proven experience with Procurement Suite and Advanced Modules including INV, PO, iProcurement, iSupplier, Sourcing, Service Procurement, and Procurement Contracts.


- Strong understanding of Inventory, Procurement, Demand & Supply Chain Planning, AME, and MRP.


- Experience in project leadership, production support, and team management.


- Excellent documentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.


- Ability to work onsite for 12+ months if required.
