Job Description :

We are seeking an experienced Oracle EBS R12 Technical Consultant - Finance with strong expertise in Oracle Finance modules and solid technical skills to support, enhance, and optimize business processes.

Key Responsibilities :

- Work extensively on Oracle EBS R12 Finance modules, with strong expertise in the Accounts Receivable (AR) module and overall Order-to-Cash (O2C) process.

- Develop and maintain solutions using Oracle SQL, PL/SQL, Advanced PL/SQL, Shell scripting, Report Builder, and XML Publisher.

- Prepare technical design documents, unit test plans, and test result documents.

- Collaborate with functional and business teams to analyze requirements and provide effective technical solutions.

- Participate in code reviews, troubleshoot issues, and ensure smooth deployment of changes.

- Stay updated with Oracle EBS enhancements and proactively learn new tools and technologies.

Required Skills & Experience :

- Strong hands-on experience in Oracle EBS R12 Finance modules (especially AR).

- Solid understanding of the O2C business cycle.

- Proficiency in SQL, PL/SQL, Advanced PL/SQL, Shell scripting, and Oracle reporting tools.

- Experience creating and reviewing technical documentation.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Strong communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively.

- Enthusiastic about learning new tools and technologies.

Good to Have :

- Exposure to other Oracle Finance modules or cross-functional integration.

- Experience with performance tuning and automation
