About Role :

We are seeking an experienced Oracle EBS Project Manager to lead and oversee the successful delivery of complex Oracle EBS projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing Oracle EBS implementations, upgrades, and support engagements, ensuring project success and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities :

- Manage end-to-end Oracle EBS project lifecycle, from initiation to closure

- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets

- Coordinate and lead project teams, including functional and technical consultants

- Conduct regular status meetings and provide project updates to stakeholders

- Identify and mitigate project risks and issues proactively

- Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations

- Facilitate effective communication and collaboration among project team members and clients

- Manage project scope, change requests, and resource allocation

- Provide expertise and guidance on Oracle EBS best practices and methodologies

Must have skills :

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field

- Minimum of 12 years of experience in managing Oracle EBS projects

- Strong understanding of Oracle EBS modules and functionalities

- Proven track record of successfully delivering complex Oracle EBS projects

- Excellent project management skills, including planning, scheduling, and risk management

- Strong leadership and team management abilities

- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, client-facing environment

Good to have skills :

- Oracle EBS certifications (e.g., Oracle E-Business Suite 12 Financial Management Certified Implementation Specialist)

- Experience with Oracle EBS R12 and R12.2 versions

- Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall project management methodologies

- Knowledge of industry-specific business processes and best practices
