Required Experience : Minimum 6 Years Avalon Software Services is seeking a Senior Oracle EBS Project Portfolio Management (PPM) Specialist to drive complex implementation and support initiatives. This role requires deep functional expertise in the core Project modules, a comprehensive understanding of their integration with finance, and the ability to lead project tracks independently.

Core Expertise and Responsibilities :

- Project Lifecycle Leadership : Serve as the functional expert, managing and executing tasks throughout the full project lifecycle, including requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, go-live, and post-production support for Oracle EBS.

- Module Configuration and Mastery : Provide hands-on, expert configuration and functional support for Oracle Project Costing and Oracle Project Billing. This includes understanding rate schedules, burdening, revenue generation, and invoice processing.

- Integration and Financial Flow : Ensure seamless and accurate data flow between the PPM modules and foundational financial applications : General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), and Accounts Receivable (AR). Specifically, manage the interface of project expenditures to AP and GL, and project revenue/invoices to AR and GL.

- Solution Design & Documentation : Develop detailed functional design specifications (MD50s) for reports, interfaces, conversions, and enhancements (RICE components), collaborating closely with technical teams to ensure accurate build and delivery.

Testing and Quality Assurance : Lead and execute System Integration Testing (SIT) and provide key support for User Acceptance Testing (UAT), ensuring the solution meets business requirements and works seamlessly across integrated modules.

- User Training and Enablement : Develop training materials and conduct knowledge transfer sessions for business users and internal support teams, ensuring effective system adoption.

- Issue Resolution : Act as the highest-level functional resource for complex production support issues, performing root cause analysis and recommending sustainable solutions.

- Process Optimization : Proactively identify opportunities to leverage Oracle EBS functionality to optimize and improve client business processes within Project Accounting, Financial Management, and Reporting.
