We're hiring an Oracle Lead Developer (5-7 years' experience) to join our R&D team.

This is a great opportunity to contribute to product development, work on Oracle EBS technical stack, and grow your expertise in a fast-paced environment.

What You'll Do :

- Develop high-performance PL/SQL code and optimize Oracle systems.

- Work on EBS technical stack (reports, concurrent programs, interfaces).

- Support RICE components and customizations in HRMS modules.

- Collaborate with product and functional teams to deliver robust solutions.

- Troubleshoot, tune, and continuously improve code quality.

What We're Looking For :

- 5 -7 years' hands-on Oracle PL/SQL experience.

- Strong knowledge of algorithms, data structures, and performance tuning.

- Familiarity with Oracle EBS HRMS (Core HR, Payroll, SSHR) a plus.

- Prior experience in product development is an advantage.

- Problem-solver with strong communication and teamwork skills
