Key Responsibilities :
- Analyze, design, develop, test, and implement business solutions in Oracle E-Business Suite HRMS (R12).
- Develop and support Payroll and Core HR integrations, data conversions, customizations, extensions, and personalizations.
- Build and maintain PL/SQL packages, procedures, functions, and database objects.
- Develop and enhance XML/BI Publisher and RDF reports, and build interfaces into the HRMS system.
- Work on Payroll processing, prepayment, costing, and transfer to GL.
- Support modules including Core HR, Payroll, PMS, OLM, SSHR, OTL, Absence Management, and Talent Management.
- Collaborate with functional teams to ensure successful implementation and support of HRMS solutions.
Required Skills & Experience :
- 8 to 10 years of professional experience as a Technical Consultant in Oracle E-Business Suite HRMS.
- Strong programming expertise in SQL and PL/SQL.
- In-depth knowledge of Oracle HRMS modules, including Payroll integration, Core HR, and OTL.
- Hands-on experience with Fast Formulas, Oracle Workflow, XML/BI Publisher, RDF Reports, and interface development.
- Strong understanding of Payroll Processing, including costing and transfer to GL.
