Role : Oracle Apps HCM OTL Team Lead (with OTL Mobile App)

Location : Remote (Pan India)

Type : Contractual

Shift : 1 PM - 10 PM or 2 PM - 11 PM IST

Experience : 8-12 Years

Aaryavin Services is looking for an experienced Oracle EBS HRMS OTL Team Lead with strong Techno-Functional expertise in Oracle Timesheet & OTL Mobile App.

Primary Skills Required :

- Strong hands-on expertise in EBS HRMS OTL (v12.2.10)

- Experience in OTL Mobile App (rules, layouts, customizations)

- Expertise in OTL setups, configurations & interface analysis

- Ability to gather requirements, design solutions & conduct impact analysis

- Skilled in debugging, unit testing, integration testing & UAT support

- Strong communication skills to work independently with UK clients

Secondary / Preferred Skills :

- Knowledge of OTL module-related integrations & Oracle SR handling

- Documentation requirements, use cases, test scripts, handover guides

- Production support experience with long-term solutioning for recurring issues
