Role Overview :

We are looking for skilled professionals with experience in Oracle EBS / Oracle Fusion ERP to implement, support, and optimize enterprise solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Implement, configure, and support Oracle EBS / Oracle Fusion applications

- Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional/technical specifications

- Perform system configuration, customization, and integrations

- Work on modules like :

a. Financials (AP, AR, GL, FA, CM)

b. SCM (Procurement, Inventory, Order Management)

c. HCM (Core HR, Payroll)

- Conduct gap analysis, solution design, and documentation

- Support data migration, upgrades, and patching activities

- Troubleshoot issues and collaborate with cross-functional teams

- Conduct user training and documentation

Required Skills :

- Strong experience in Oracle EBS and/or Oracle Fusion ERP

- Experience in implementation, rollout, or support projects

- Knowledge of Finance, Supply Chain, or HR processes

- Hands-on with SQL / PL-SQL

- Experience with Oracle Reports, Forms, OTBI, BI Publisher

- Understanding of APIs, Web Services, and integrations

Preferred Skills :

- Experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud (Financials / SCM / HCM)

- Knowledge of Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)

- Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies

- Relevant Oracle certifications

Qualification : Bachelors degree in Computer Science / IT / Finance / related field
