Key Responsibilities :

- Lead Oracle EBS (R12) and Oracle Fusion Applications implementations, ensuring smooth configuration, customization, and deployment.

- Manage full project lifecycles from requirements gathering, solution design, testing, and deployment to post-implementation support.

- Configure and integrate Oracle EBS and Fusion modules (Finance, Supply Chain, HR) to meet business requirements.

- Provide expert advice on Oracle cloud solutions and their alignment with client business objectives.

- Collaborate with clients to analyze business needs and recommend technical solutions tailored to their specific requirements.

- Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues during implementation and support phases.

- Ensure the integration of Oracle applications with other enterprise systems, leveraging Oracle integration tools.

- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, developers, and QA specialists.

- Develop and deliver training for end-users and project teams on Oracle applications.

Mandatory Skills & Experience :

- 10+ years of hands-on experience in Oracle EBS (R12) and Oracle Fusion Applications.

- Strong knowledge of Oracle modules, including Finance, Supply Chain, HR, and Procurement.

- Proven experience in implementing Oracle EBS and Fusion applications, managing integration and data migration.

- Deep expertise in Oracle configuration, customization, and business process mapping.

- Familiarity with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) and integration tools.

- Strong understanding of Oracle Reports, Oracle Forms, and Workflow technologies.

- Experience in Oracle Data Migration and working with Oracle interfaces and APIs.

- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

- Strong communication and client-facing skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts in simple terms.

Preferred Skills :

- Oracle certifications in EBS R12 or Fusion Applications.

- Experience in Agile or Waterfall project management methodologies.

- Familiarity with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), Oracle SOA Suite, or similar tools.

- Exposure to Oracle Cloud Applications and Cloud ERP solutions.
