Job Title : Oracle EBS Finance Functional

Duration : 6 months contract + extendable

Experience : 8 to 12 years

Locations : Delhi/Mumbai

Key Responsibilities :

Requirement Gathering & Analysis :

- Work with Finance/Accounts teams to understand business processes (AP, AR, GL, FA, CM, SLA, etc.).

- Translate business requirements into Oracle EBS configurations.

Implementation & Configuration :

- Configure Oracle Financial modules (General Ledger, Payables, Receivables, Fixed Assets, Cash Management, etc.).

- Manage setups, workflows, and approval hierarchies.

Support & Troubleshooting :

- Provide functional support for Oracle EBS Finance issues.

- Work with Oracle Support (SRs) to resolve product-related issues.

Testing & Training :

- Prepare test scenarios, perform UAT with users.

- Train end-users and create functional documentation.

- Integration & Upgrades

- Collaborate with technical consultants for customizations, reports, and integrations with other modules (Procurement, HR, SCM).

- Support upgrades or migration to Oracle Fusion Cloud (if applicable).

Target Skills & Competencies :

- Strong knowledge of Finance & Accounting principles (Ledger, Taxation, Payments, Reconciliation, Depreciation, etc.).

In-depth expertise in Oracle EBS Finance Modules :

- GL (General Ledger)

- AP (Accounts Payable)

- AR (Accounts Receivable)

- FA (Fixed Assets)

- CM (Cash Management)

- SLA (Subledger Accounting)

- Hands-on Oracle EBS R12 experience.

- Knowledge of SQL/PLSQL (basic for validations & queries).

- Exposure to integration with SCM/Procurement.

- Familiarity with personalizations, flexfields, and workflows.
