Key Responsibilities :
- Analyze business processes and map them to Oracle EBS functionalities.
- Lead and support implementations, customizations, upgrades, and enhancements across value streams.
- Collaborate with cross-functional internal teams and stakeholders to deliver high-impact solutions.
- Develop functional specifications and work closely with technical teams.
- Provide expert-level support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
- Ensure process consistency and best practices across geographies and business units.
Required Qualifications :
- 5 - 15 years of hands-on Oracle EBS experience across at least one or more value streams :
1. Recruit to Retire
2. Source to Pay
3. Prospect to Report (including Prospect to Contract and Contract to Close)
- Proven experience with Oracle EBS modules such as HRMS, Financials, Procurement, Projects, and Order Management.
- Strong business process understanding and ability to map Oracle EBS to end-to-end workflows.
- Oracle APEX experience is a strong plus.
- Demonstrated experience in multi-phase, global Oracle implementations or rollouts.
Additional Requirements :
- Must be available during U.S. business hours (3rd shift India).
- Named resources required consistency throughout the engagement is critical.
- India-based resources must be open to relocation to the U.S. for longer-term assignments.
